Ashleigh comes from a military family, with her father serving as an E8 Senior Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force.

Inspired by her background, she joined her school's ROTC in 2011, where she developed leadership, management, self-discipline, and confidence, eventually becoming Battalion Executive Officer.

After ROTC, Ashleigh pursued self-defense training and gained experience in sales and customer service. At Elevance Health, she excelled as an Operations Expert, honing her customer service skills. She later transitioned to full-time security work, acquiring technical skills in verbal judo, self-defense, and tactical training. Ashleigh is certified as an NRA RSO and holds a Denver merchant guard license with an active armed endorsement and CCW permit.

Ashleigh is now the Director of Operations at Sparky's Consulting & Tactics, bringing her extensive experience and dedication to the role.
